Message from Perak State Assembly YB Dato's Chang Ko Youn

I am glad to note that there is a mushrooming of welfare associations in the past few years which is partly contributed by the effort of the government to produce a caring society in achieving our goals laid down in Vision 2020.

Ipoh Welfare Handicap Association is an exemplary body formed by a group of dedicated and well intentioned people whose effort has alleviated the burdern borne by the government.

Ipoh Welfare Handicap Association is an non-profit organization which continuously provided welfare care for the disabled.

However, the cost of running well-meaning charity is increasing day by day. Thus, the Association needs help, finally, materially and physically which I am sure the caring and loving Malaysians will come forward whenever the need arises.

I would like to take this opportunity to urge fellow Malaysians to donate generously to and work with this Association so that the needly and handicapped people can have a meaningful and fulfilling life. Your effort will be highly appreciated.
